Baltic Resourcing company was founded in 2007 with a goal to help out candidates find perfect jobs to develop themselves in growing offshore industry.

As a workforce solutions company Baltic Resourcing cooperated from the beginning with major onshore and offshore construction and oil and gas as well as energy companies. We still  keep growing and extend our services as we believe that the only constant is change.

Due to rapid growth of renewable energy and infrastructure projects we are focus on finding skilled candidates for our clients for their onshore and offshore projects and help talented professionals with other industries to reskill in growing market of renewable industry.

From 2020 Baltic Resourcing  became 3rd party inspection and client representative provider acting as agency for accredited inspectors and professionals from various maritime organizations and different technical backgrounds.
