We treat every CV entered into our database as a confidential document. We have used our best efforts to protect your CV from unauthorised disclosure or use for purposes other than recruitment. CVs may only be accessed by BALTIC RESOURCING employees and by employers (including as Clients of BALTIC RESOURCING) who have signed an appropriate cooperation document with us. Such document obliges an employer to treat any data obtained from our database as confidential and prevents your data from being misused, e.g. from being used for purposes other than recruitment.<\/p>\n

Legal Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Act of 29 August 1997 on Personal Data Protection (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883) requires that you consent to our processing of your personal data, hence we ask that you familiarise yourself with the contents of the following declaration. Use of the website and entering of your data and CV into the CV database of BALTIC RESOURCING or sending thereof at our e-mail address CV@BALTIC RESOURCING shall be treated as consent to the processing of such data by us. We would like to inform you that you are entitled to access your data and correct them, as well as to other rights with regard to data processing control, being informed of your personal data protection rights, requests for supplementation, revision, correction of data, temporary or permanent suspension of data processing, removal of data from the collection. In addition, we would like to inform you that BALTIC RESOURCING is entitled to remove your personal data, as defined in the Act, without your consent and without stating the reasons. The Personal Data Controller is Baltic Resourcing Sp. z o.o., entered into the Register of Employment Agencies under entry no. 3951.<\/p>\n
